Hi there!!
First of all you should not be disappointed with your failures....
As far as your career in Railways is concerned .... These days railways is coming out with various vacancies in various departments of it's own.....
And for that you only need basic education of maths, English and general knowledge.....
Try in these papers and i m sure success will be yours.
Hi there!!!!
i think you should try for various exams conducted by Railway Ministry for various posts in their departments....It is a easy exam and can be easily cleared by anyone having basic knowledge....
These days many tutorials are offered by coaching classes that is easily finished in 2-3 months and you can easily sit for various government jobs in Railways
Hi Vishal!!!!!!
Life is too long to disappointed from a single sem result
Take some time out... Think about your priorities, regain your mental strength....
Choose a goal for yourself and work hard to get it
All Is Welll
Hi there,
Sometimes it happens. There is nothing to be embarrassed upon. Even, it happened with me too as I was also doing B.tech for the sake of my parents' wish. But my seniors told me to attend one workshop and my life changed drastically. Anyways, keep the batons high. Wish u luck.
Hey Vishal
Sorry I am joining this discussion very late but if you haven't done much as of now and still pursuing engineering, you might appear in Railway examination and prove your parents that you are suitable for that job.
And if your parents still opposing this, you can carry on engineering because if you have invested your 4 years in engineering, you ought to take something out it .
Hey meenakshi
Whats this workshop about and how did it help you..??
Share your experiences please..
Hi Rishabh, I went to some Learning Accelerator Workshop... And there I learnt about my interests and the value of a degree like B.Tech.... Well, thats one of the crucial chapters of my life.
So what did you get to know there. What activities you did..??
How did you get to know about it..!
What is that workshop all about ?? I wan to know more about it.
I dont no what do , in b.tech i pass only lab exam . Now i wnt job ,any one help me to over come this situation.....
You have passed only lab exam, so you have not complete your B'tech.. right ?
S right , i passed only lab exams , i dont what to do .
Hi Shameen Jamal,Welcome to Eti community,
Since, you have just cleared your lab exams but didn't cleared B.tech, you can't get job on the bases of degree but since you're mentioning that you have cleared lab exams i think you carry good practical knowledge. Try in small companies, as some of the small scale companies who are just setting up their business doesn't give much preference to qualification but their hire those persons who know how to work and what to do in their particular field. I think when you finally got place in any small company then do try to pursue some certifications course as to shape your carrier more brighter in future.
