I applied for airtel braodband and after almost a month, still I dont' have connection of broadband working at my place from airtel. I have decided I dont' want connection anymore, but I am looking for refund for my amount I gave to airtel and also I am looking for compensation.

Please tell me procedure or anyone who have similar issue , please guide me.

You should go to their customer care office and ask them straight, I know they are generally helpful, have personally visited local customer care office yet ?
