I am not into bodybuilding but I am a fitness freak and I take bodybuilding seriously and I enjoy it. I am currently going through weight training and is bulking up. However, there is a voluntary blood donation camp being orgainsed by company in which I work and I am seriously considering to donate blood. But because I am exercising heavy , can I donate one unit of blood, will there be any issue or problem in my exercise routine. Do I need to take rest or I can do continue exercise routine as normal ?
Should I take rest or gap before donating blood or say I exercise in morning, can I donate blood in evening or there should be some interval between exercise and blood donation ?
