I am looking for best possible mobile in my budget. I think in this price range of Rs. 20K to 25K i can get one of the best available today.

My requirements are :
1. Fastest possible processor
2. With best battery life availble
3. Atleast 4 inch screen
4. Touch screen only
5. Any new feature which can be useful

I am open to any kind of mobile be it android or windows phone.

Buddy looking at the specification requirement i will suggest you only two Handsets Samsung I9103 Galaxy R and Motorola Defy. Both these handset are touch screens and have a good processor and are Android phones. Have a glance at it and share your reviews...

M agree with ravinder b't i'll suggest you motorola Defy Plus it will be perfect in your budget and it have more features then both two phone which ravinder suggest to you. It has latest android 2.3 and the processor is also higher then motorola defy. On the other hand Samsung Galaxy R I9103 is great handset comparison then these two handset. At the end the choice is your best of luck !

Arc is waste of money since it single core , only 1GB internal memory and only 512 mb RAM.

Go for any sony you will get speed performance best touch and amazing sound and display.
If you are to wait then motorola is suppose to launch its MOTO X and G series pretty soon.
Also if you want to opt for windows try your hands on Lumia 920 i had a months hands on experience on Lumia 900 and it is quite amazing.

i think Samsung Galaxy S and sony xperia it is good within the range and in quality...
