Hi friends,
On further research I found that there should be service under my paired bluetooth device in order to use them with my laptop but when I pair anything I don't see any service under them in their properties , Services , Bluetooth services.

I can pair device, it means bluetooth is working and even devices are detected properly but nothing under services. I am using windows 7 and I have Broadcom BCM2070 Bluetooth 3.0 inbuilt adapter.

I had similar problem and it was solved by installing latest software from broadcom and also make sure that bluetooth software is loading on startup.
