Friends, please help for my bsnl connection. From last two days, can't use internet because my internet won't connect. I see error in modem admin page as "
Authentication Failure.
I called customer care, made complained but still no help and still not working. I even called local broadband department, they said they have already reset my password but still it can't connect with details they provide. Now what should I do ? Where I call, I called 1504 also, but no one ever comes to talk , only IVR and then it disconnects on its own.
I have not changed anything and it suddenly stopped working .
