I am going to buy a new phone and I need advice. My first priority is large screen but less than 7 inches but more than 5 inches because I am using 5 inche phone from long and now I want upgrade. My budget is Rs. 20000 but can be stretech 2-3K rupees more so when I went for searching I found Sony Xperia t2 ultra and HTC Desire and samsung grand 2. All have quad core processor and almost similar RAM (sony has inferior RAM ) , all are good brands but now I am confused, so please suggest me from following three which is better.. just suggest me because more I think, more I get confused...

1. Sony Xperia T2 Ultra
2. HTC Desire 816
3. Samsung Grand 2

If you go price wise then Samsung Grand 2 is best among all these as it gives you more bang for your money as you can buy it for around Rs. 19k online. However, if really want to go big then Sony T2 Ultra, otherwise I would go with HTC Desire 816..
