Hi,
Normally power comes in scooty from battery if you have problem in self start button then you have to find battery,you did'nt tell the
name of scooty. Normally its postion is down to the handle if you got battery then you have to open it and check out the water cell
if there is no water in the nosal it means you have to put water in cell then you can start your scooty with kick once you started
then ride for half hour after your battery will charged then you can use self start again.
