My cousin today came with his phone Intex Aqua Y2 Pro, a simple entry level Android phone he purchased 2 days back. He said, from the date of purchase, he is not able to open play store. When he tries to open, it first asked for Agreeing terms and conditions and then keeps on loading.

I tired clearing its cache as well tried to emptied data but still not opening. After emptying data for Play store, it again asked terms and condition but nothing else .

Please suggest what else I can do, certainly don't want to go for factory reset.

Bro, you are in trouble, I think there is some problem with your phone's software. Do you find its updated official ROM , I think that can help you. But sometimes slow internet also cause problem, I suggest you to again clear cache and clear data of "Play Store" as well as "Google Play Services" and then try to use it over some fast connection and give it 5-10 mins to load. else you only have option to get it flashed through service center .
