My children spend too much time in front of TV.They never play games and never goes outside .They always sitting on their sofa.I am getting so disappoint of their TV addiction and they never listen to me about it.what should i do. They are 14 and 16 yrs old boys.
Please tell me what to do about their addiction.

You are not alone, every house has same problem and since these are teenage kids, you can't force them either. My best suggestion is that get them so good out door gears or games which requires physical activity like badminton, cricket kit or even volleyball. Best is to encourage people in your society have such games regularly, I am sure they will feel tempted to join them.
I remember at our young age we used to play with elder kids, but at that time TV and video games were not that popular. Those were really good days, I wonder kids of todays are really missing a very good experience of life.
