I am 18 and my bf 22...we are in relation almost 5 yrs...he working and i continue my studies...his parents agree...but my family not agree...his parents are ready to do registered marriage for us...but then i don wanna hurt my mom...what should i do???

Its obvious that no one wants to hurt their parents. But do you know, parents also don't want to hurt their kids. There must be some reason for which they are denying the marriage. It could be as simple as your young age, may be they don't want you to spoil your studies with marriage at this age.
You first need to know why your parents are against this marriage then only you can work on it.
