I have a family business which is very much well settled now. But, from few days most of the other businessman who are just like a substitute of mine are causing me big trouble so i would like to know that how can we hire a legal personal lawyer because i have to suffer many problem. If the other party has made a product that looks just like yours, you can take legal action under The Trademarks Act, 1999. Trademark infringement happens when someone uses a mark that's the same or really similar to a registered trademark without permission. Basically, if a regular person sees the mark and gets confused about where the goods or services come from, that's considered deceptively similar.

But based on what you said, they've made a substitute (different) product, so they're not breaking any laws. In this case, I think you should focus on improving your marketing strategy to deal with this situation.
