IDBI Bank announces recruitment for 2100 posts of JAM and ESO

IDBI Bank Ltd. has invited online applications from qualified candidates for the post of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ and Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) (on Contract). The recruitment is for 2100 posts, of which 800 are for JAM and 1300 are for ESO. The selection process will be conducted on an all India basis.

Candidates who are interested in applying for these posts must check their eligibility criteria before applying. They must also apply for only one post, as multiple applications by the same candidate will be rejected without any explanation and the application fee will not be refunded.

The eligibility criteria for these posts are as follows:

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a degree from any recognized university or institution.
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 20 and 25 years of age as on 01-11-2023. They must have been born not before 02-11-1998 and not after 01-11-2003 (both dates inclusive).
The online application process will start from 22-11-2023 and will end on 06-12-2023. Candidates can apply through the official website of IDBI Bank 1. The application fee is Rs. 200 for SC/ST/PWD candidates and Rs. 1000 for others. The fee can be paid online through debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.

The selection process will consist of an online test and an interview. The online test will be held on 31-12-2023. The test will have 150 questions of 150 marks, covering the topics of English language, logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and general awareness. The duration of the test will be 90 minutes. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

The candidates who qualify the online test will be called for an interview. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the online test and the interview.

The selected candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis for a period of one year, which may be extended or terminated depending on the performance and requirement of the bank. The candidates will be posted anywhere in India as per the discretion of the bank.
