Milk is one the rich source of calcium. I hope you will accept that as a vegie food.
In vegetables - cauliflower, cabbage , brocolli, brussel sprouts and carrot.
Yogurt - plain or with fruits is a good source of calcium.
In fruits, orange, lime, dates, guava and gooseberries.

Have lots of yogurt,cottage cheese,cheese,milk and loads of fresh fruits and vegetables.To have a balanced diet.
Drinking one glass of milk daily is enough to maintain the calcium level in body.
actually i feel pain in my joints... and feel vibration in my body... and i m just 25 years of age...
