I bought a Micromax Q5 a couple of months ago. it has been working well untill yesterday when i encountered a problem. I connected with a headset and used for some time on 45 minutes drive. When i removed the headset i was expecting it to return to a previous profile which was a General Profile but it has refused and stick to the Headset Profile!! i tried to reset to factory setting to no avail! When i try to change it to other profiles the profile options has only Customize option without Activate option!! So guys im stuck.

Can anyone help me on this Situation? I really like the phone and cant afford to think of buying another brand.

Your pin has issue , you should show it to service center. Phone is thinking that 3.5 mm headphone jack is still in there.
