Ours is undivided family, we 2 brothers planning to build a new house together,is it possible for my brother to register one floor in my name( it is 3 storied independent house )?Please guide me

Welcome to the community, after seeing your question I asked a friend who is Property and real estate business, he said it is very much possible, infact he told me that for his office place he purchased 1st floor while second floor belongs to original owner.
