Single on Valentine’s Day !

You need not get into the trap of feeling sorry for yourself for not being with that “special someone”�. The first step to loving someone else is to first love yourself. That’s the secret of a life-long love affair. But please do not be upset even if you are single on Valentines.


Celebrate your individuality:

Being in a relationship certainly makes one happy. But that does not mean that if you are single on Valentine’s then you are missing a lot of fun. Singlehood is a great way to celebrate your individuality. Go on tell the world how much you love yourself.
Indulge shamelessly:

Why do we have to spend money only on others? Why do we wait for someone else to spend on us? Why can’t we do it for ourselves? Try it this Valentine’s Day. Gift yourself flowers, chocolates and gifts. Buy that leather jacket or a pair of awesome stilletoes for yourself.
Spend time with family:

In our daily life, we get so engrossed in work that we hardly spend time with family. Arrange a small get together with your parents, siblings and relatives. Catch up on them. Isn’t the day dedicated to all kinds of love?
Enjoy with friends:

Truly let your hair down with your buddies. Go out and paint the town red with your pals. If you are more of a sedate kinds then dinner at a chic restaurant with your friends is what you need.

Do something you love:

Make a list of things you love to do and call it your “love list”�. Try to do as many things as possible on the list. Gardening, watching movie, reading a book or just staying in bed for a long, long time. Just do it!!!
How about some good acts?:

For a change why not do some random acts of goodness? Assist your neighbor, help your colleague, spend a day with people who need you. You will be amazed to see how good you feel after you do these good acts.


Go ahead and celebrate your singledom. There’s loads to do even if you are single on Valentines.
