In touch phone, it has two elements, they touch panel and the actual LCD screen ie. the display, is it that your touch panel is broken or LCD is broken ? I am not sure about the price but you should take it service center and ask them price. Should not be costly and must be in range of Rs. 2K-3K for both item.
