Why should anybody want to have a small car like nano? At lease no government should promote such a thing. A small car may be inexpensive but is certainly unsafe and uncomfortable. A big old car is better for any one, better than a small unsafe, uncomfortable one. I am thinking about the poor who can not buy a big expensive new car. Nano is nonsense. If government can provide room for good public transport system, no need exists for a small, unsafe car.

Its true if Govt. gives proper emphasis on public transport with key forces on maintaining efficiency too then will solve most of country's fuel and energy consumption problem. If you have good public transport then people will hardly use their own vehicle. Good means.. comfortable and practical and yes, without any discrimination.

eg. If a proper transport is available from my house to nearby market then I will actually not use my own vehicle most the time as then It will save hassle of parking the vehicle then also save fuel and time.

Governent is putting heavy tax and laws on cars, but what about the public transport?

There is a fine if not wearing Seatbelts in car, But are there any seatbelts at all in Buses or trains? If a car crash, 5 people may be hurt, But if bus crash more than 50 people are hurt. So, where is the logic and equality??

Seat belt in a car or helmet for a rider of mobike. All know which is more important. But when it comes to enforcement there is no logic at all.
