I bought my Karbonn A30 2 days back and started it with my old SIM card . It Worked fine for calls and texting so far, but I am unable to use the internet. I’m just not sure what to do. It should be able to connect?
I was using the net on my old phone for facebook and gmail etc. Do I need a new sim or there is some technical problem in that?

Hi,
There is no problem with your phone, else there can be a problem with your internet configuration message.
While you have entered your old Sim in your new hand set did any message of configuration setting came to you, it would have definitely come you just have to accept that and you internet would have worked.
Now just call to the customer care and ask them to send you the configuration.
