I am a 21 years old guy and I have a very thin body. Somebody suggest me to take a debugging tablet so that it will kill the parasite or worms in your stomach if you have. So, I just a buy a tablet from a chemist and he give me Albendazole tablet. I have already read about this medicine on the internet and It may also cause of some kind of side effects for me ! So, I am quite confuse and scared about this tablet. So, if anyone who know about this plz suggest me something which could help me !

Hey go ahead and take it, one tablet will not cause problem. But if you don't have have any parasitic worm, it will not help . But taking it there is no problem.

Albendazole is a broad spectrum anthelmintic. Those who eat meat should take a Albendazole tablet every 3 months. It will not help you to have some robust body but it kill any parasite lining within your intestinal tract.
