i m using bsnl broadband & using a plan of 250/monthwhich gives usage of 1gb
is there any setting to
download anything without any charges
means if the usage exceeds 1gb ,there shouldnt be any charges

Unfortunately there is no trick that can help you.

I highly recommend you to shift to Rs. 500 Plan where you can download 2.5 GB data as well as can download unlimited data between 2am to 8am .

Please can you advice how to configure BSNL Mail with Out Look Express, Pls advice what to type in the Out Going Mail and Incomming Mail etc pls.

i do not think there is no such trick..but why do you want to do this...it is fraud....
if you really need then change the plan
