how does a child learn a language? it learns through gestures of its mother, its father and all those that populate its environment during its growing phase. the mother sways and sings in order to put the child into sleep. in order to prevent the child from entering unchartered boundaries, the parents dilate their eyes. pointing the forefinger towards the child indicate order or command and putting hands on hips can suggest frustration . the child learns faster between one to five years and hence more the gestural energy, more quicker the development of the child. however the bottomline is that, shouting at the child or beating it , seriously jeopardises the mental stabiltiy of the child during its formative years.
