I ordered Ubislate 7Ci tablet from Datawind and yesterday I received it but opening the package was real surprise as there was no seal on the box, no warranty card, no booklet / manual.

Also even most frustrating thing is that that the device is not turning on even after charging for hours. This is very bad experience for me and I now need refund and I don't even want to use this device or replace this device.

Please datawind , get back your device and issue me refund.

From where di you buy it?
Please try to contact the company and keep this thread updated about your progress.

HI Mayank, I think most of the company provide replacement policy, I think you should consider replacement as it may happen with device. Also please try to reset your device to factory settings, may be that can help you.
