Regarding your question, you can't lock your phone remotely however, you can lodge complaint and if police consider you case, using IMEI number, they can easily track your phone and recover it for you .

Sorry to hear that, but u should first u should try to gt your SIM locked by calling customer care, secondly u should file a FIR, nowadays police can easily track your cell phone using its IMEI number. but i m afraid you cannot do anything at your end.
