Now a Day the SWIN FLU brings lot of Extra fear and worry.

A mother and son both traveled From USA to INDIA and reached Chennai on May, 28 2009 and subsequently, they traveled to Coimbatore on same day. Before leaving USA the Child having fever they reported to the identified health facility. They are on treatment with Oseltamivir and presently afebrile. All the local contacts has been traced and monitored health status. Both are infected with Swine Flu

The World Health Organization confirmed by 15,510 laboratories and reported that cases of Swine Flu infection from 53 Countries as on May 29, 2009.

Till Date 99 death cases come out from all over the country from this deadly disease.

People should know Swine Flu is just Influenza a H1N1 Virus. That means it is just like another type of Flu virus, just like another seasonal Flu Virus. Difference is that the current Swine Flu has components of pig and bird influenza virus in it. So that the Humans don’t have any immunity to it.

Just Aware if it’s Symptoms:-

• Fever which is usually High
• Cough
• Cold
• Sore throat
• Body ache
• Headache
• Fatigue and tiredness which can be extreme
• Diarrhea and vomiting sometimes

Serious Swine Flu Symptoms::-

• Fast Breathing or trouble in easy breathing
• Bluish or Gray skin color
• Not drinking enough fluids
• Not able to wake up
• Being frustrated


If any of you having same symptoms just go and consult doctor before it harms you. And one more thing I like to add here... This Virus more likely to become a pandemic Virus and it can easily spread from Person to person.

There are lots of things You must do to avoid Swine Flue Virus..

1. Avoid Close contacts with those who are sick
2. Stay at home if u are sick
3. Often wash your hands
4.Try not to touch your eyes nose and mouth
5.Keep your healthy..
6. Dont skeep your food
7. Eat heathy green vegitable and fruite and wash them 2-3 times before eating
8. Avoid so much salted and sugry food
9.Avoid Too much alcohal
10. Drink Boiled water
11. Take proper rest ( 6-8 hour sleep is must)
12. Alteast do exercise for 10-15 minuts daily
