The free activation plan w.e.f January 1, 2011 and is available for customers under plan DSL 599 & higher. MTNL is offering “True Unlimited Broadband” plan without any fair usage policy or data-downloading plan staring from Rs 395 with a 320 kbps downloading speed. Users also have the option to choose from limited data plan starting from just Rs 49 per month for a speed of 256 kbps.

MTNL is also offering Free ADSL Modem to all Combo and Unlimited Plan Customers and free broadband activation offer is also available for all new and existing subscribers of MTNL broadband.
