    I cannot use video call by my pantech p9070 with a 3g network

    Advert.
    I own pantech p9070 (pantech burst) mobile handset but I can't make video call on 3G network from my phone. Call always says that can't make call but can make voice call easily. Help to solve this problem and tell me what is the exact procedure to fix this issue.

    Hi anirudh,
    Please note that video calls on Burst using Skype even with LTE are choppy and difficult to use. The problem is not the phones, or skype, or what camera etc. It's traffic congestion in the back haul network.
    You can do nothing for that. It is its own way of responding.
