i m using iBaton router for BSNL Broadband..

since last few days modem ADSL light goes off frequently after 15 min , 10min and gets on in 2 min...

so to fix that i tried few options

1) directly connect line to modem
2)borrow modem from friend also change the splitter
3) reset the modem
4)register a complaint..( linemen call on my landline a says that now everything is fine without seeing my home line)

I think your line is in trouble, but you should share SNR values of your line because it tells us the real condition of your line, SNR value must be higher than 12 in order to line to work properly and reliably.

Do you here disturbance in line in your phone ?

but above value keep changing at some times all value gets N/A

linemen come at check the line and said that now it's fine..they can't wait for 15mins,because my Modem ADSL light gets off after 15mins...

they are just making fool or they don't like to work or they don't know what's the problem..

Those are very nice values but as you said they varies then you are in trouble because you can't show it to them. Because it is BSNL , best way is to send a written application to GM and SDO, ask them to provide permanent solution and also mention that link works good for short period and then breaks .

On the other hand I think you may be having trouble because of electrical inferences .. is it your telephone wire is passing by some strong or high voltage electric wires ?
