how to make a video DVD using NERO which can be played on a DVD player ,the option of NERO 'make a video DVD' is not working??
does it need any other file with the video?

I remember that Making DVD video from NERO requires a Paid plugin, you can visit NERO site to about that.

well i always make data DVD as it is recognized in my sony home theater and also can play it nicely..

If movie is in DIVX format then can be played on most of the DIVX compatible DVD player, same goes at my place, I simple make Data DVD.

But Video DVD is proper DVD format and as said, it requires a paid plugin in NERO.
