I am purchasing nokia lumia 635 after one week, so i have to know about that is the phone 4G model? i know that the phone is wonderful but i am not sure that the model is 4g or not? and is it only supports one SIM?

Yes, from Nokia's website, specification do say it support LTE which means 4G.
