Symbian Anna Update install on Nokia 5800 and 5233 phone

Nokia has released Symbian Anna update for its Symbian phones but when I check software updates in my mobile phone which is a 5233 Nokia, there is no new software updates.
So can I not get Anna update for my symbian ?

How can I install new symbian Anna on my mobile phone because I want to update my phone and want to make it look good. What is the procedure to get this anna symbian update.

If this udpate can work on 5800 then it will work on my 5233 also.

symbia anna is for the devices which have a processor atleast of 600mhz & also is for symbian ^3 os

nokia 5233 has symbian ^1 os

so nokia symbian market sucks bloody hell so none of good stuff to hang out with wat is the reason for anna in lower version of 5233
