Day by day oil prices are spiraling in India ,i never seen a day when oil prices are recedes like from 50 rs to 48 rs or something it always growing ,our govt says its all depend on international market but when international prices are goes down in India oil prices are remain or goes high in that case also . what would be actual the reason?

Indian Govt gives excuse of high international price, above that they have another excuse that oil is being subsidized in India.. it means Govt. is bearing losses on every sale.
