Hi,
There are many cheap 4G phones now but I suggest not to go for cheapest but go for something which not very cheap but also reliable. I suggest you can go for Panasonic T50 which has :
1 GB RAM | 8 GB ROM | Expandable Upto 64 GB
5 inch HD Display
8MP Primary Camera | 2MP Front
2230 mAh Li-Ion Battery
Android Marshmallow
or can go for Xolo ERA 4G or even Infocus M370i , all these cost less than Rs. 5000 , if you go very cheap then you will have more trouble than benefit.
