    How to gain body mass and weight easily without going to GYM

    Advert.
    Am a 19year old guy, 5.7inches tall, am weighing just 50kg. Is it normal?? Wat can i do to increase my body weight?
    Am a vegetarian and what are the exercises that I can do at home itself without going to gym??
    Cos am doing my college and other classes, so I couldn't find time hardly...

    u r very lean at 5.7 ht & 50 kg........as u r veg. go on with dairy products include them in all ur daily meals take 4-5 meals a day....drink plenty of water.....use some weight gainer/protein powder......use multi-vit preferably Retival.......use fruits like Banana, papaya, Mango etc. wit ur meals.......excercise under someone's [email protected] for more info.

    Manish already told you right thing, but at 50 KG, you really need to gain weight.

    Simple formula is that take more than what you need, so increase consumption of your daily calories as well do some 1/2 hr exercise at home, can be 4 sets of push ups, 4 sets of chin ups and warmup.

    There are many exercises, I suggest you that Join GYM for atleast 1 month or so then you will be able to decide what exercise you can do at home yourself.

    For start up.. double your diet and increase number of meals.

    50 KG? I think you really need to gain weight... Eat more protein rich foods and drink more high calorie drinks...

    will have to go to the gym buddy, and do some light weights. don't look here and there for advice. Join a gym and tell the instructor about your problem and the kind of body structure you want to develop. trust only your instructor. If you work hard, u'll be in better shape in 6 months time!
