Whats confusing in the details ?
First of all they never show your latest usage , they show data around a week old and they show usage for every connect - and - disconnect cycle.
Better to see the total usage.
Sohail,
Their usage details is useless, you can just get some general idea but you can't get actual usage statics, check the details after few days, you will get latest details.
As I told you, they show 1 week old data usage, so wait for one week to check data usage to current date.
Ok then what is the confusion, this is the format they provide, you can download it in CSV file and open it in Excel then you can do manipulation it or calculation also.
but they should change the format and they should give the usage in monthly format...as they showed in data.bsnl.in....
You are right but they will not bother about it, you try to download it in Excel and then you can see monthly usage yourself if you know little about excel or spread sheet.
It works on their own, if you are able to use it then you are lucky, most of the time its overloaded and very slow.
Its useless and kind of un-reliable, you may now have to wait for 2-3 days to get updated broadband usage details.
