    No total usage shown in Selfcare portal bsnl dataone

    I have dataobe broadbabd connection. Recently the line was repaired and I am unable to check the usage of broad band.
    After seeing some posts in forum I registered in the self care protal of bsnl. on Opening my services, there is not "broadband usage" . there are only bb usage details of billed and non billed. again in usage there are details but there is no total. My problem is I just want to get the toal usage and not the details of the many sesions. Even for manual totalling is not possible since they are supposed to be in many pages and all of them do no open.

    Kindly let me help on how to get just the total usage .and in 'my services' there is no section like Broad band usage, but sections 'usage details of billled broadband' and 'usage details of non billed broad' and no total feature.\

    This is strange, can you show me screenshot of the page where you are seeing all these details ?

    on pressing "my services;"
    the alternatiuves listed are(the last three)
    Check My broadband billed usage details
    Check My broadband unbilled usage details
    Check my call details

    the problem is on pressing billed usage details, we get log session details with timing etc and the MB for each session but there is no total for all the sessions . Just how to get the total?

    In the screen shot you displayed in reply to some query, you showed a screen shot with usage total. But it is not just there.Perhaps BSNL removed in its latest update of the portal. KIndly check

    I hope you understand my problem. thanks for your time and attention to my problem. I just want to know the total consumption of broadband at any time.

    Well, what do you see in unbilled usage details ?
    Perhaps if you can download csv file then can use Excel or any other spreadsheet program to automatically calculate total usage out of it.

    I am from Baroda Gujarat...I am not able to check the broadband usage on selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in it is showing no records found..Is any body facing the problem?

    Hi,

    You can check it again now.
    After you choosing broadband usage non billed and thereby providing the telephone no, from & to date.
    Now you can able to view broadband summary details and broadband session details.
    Total volume under broadband summary details gives you the total usage

    Hope it helps

    thanks for ur info..But in selfcare.wdc it is only showing view broadband usage,and in from and to date there is a problem,if for example if we select the date 1 in from and 25 in to it is ignoring the 1 and 25th date...it is showing the session status of 2nd to 24th....
    U jst check and confirm....
