Hi My ETI frnds!!!!

I just wanna let you know that BSNL has started a facility where you can lodge your compliant online regarding your broadband connections.

I have a BSNL broadband connection and from last few days i was facing frequent disconnection problem in BB ADSL line. I lodged a online complaint and i was amazed to see that my complaint was resolved in few hours time. After the complain was resolved i even got calls from call center regarding my satisfaction.

I think it is a great system started by BSNL and is very useful.

Our landline telephone number xxxxxx1 is not working also telephone complaint booking is not acceting our complaint. plz. solve the problem

Please contact local GM, you need to write an application , send its copy to SDO of your area, GM and see things moving ahead.
