Serves 3-4 Persons.
4 Large Tomatoes of Almost Same Size
For Filling :
25 gm cottage cheese (Paneer)
2 Boiled Potatoes
2 Green Chillies
1" piece of Ginger
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Lime Juice
2 tbsp Oil
For Garnishing :
Chopped Mint Leaves (Pudina)
Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
Grate Cottage Cheese,
Skin and Mash the Boiled Potatoes
Crush the Green Chillies
Crush Ginger also
Scoop out the Juice and Seeds from the top of tomatoes.
Mix together Cheese, Potatoes, Ginger and few Mint leaves.
Add Salt, Garam Masala and Lime Juice.
Fill Tomatoes with this filling.
Heat Oil in a Pan and Arrange Tomatoes Safely.
Cook on a low flame.
Keep turning till all sides are soft.
You can even cook them in an Oven.
Garnish with Mint and Coriander Leaves and Serve hot with Puris.
