After Guidelines issued by TRAI, operators have started working on making prepaid billing more transparent. However it is in initial stages and Vodafone is hopeful that My Account Services will be operation in days to come. This service will be for all Vodafone Prepaid customers On Pan India basis.
The company is hopeful that my account services will offer activation and deactivation of Value added services, online balance check, current plan details and lots of other features.This move is after TRAIís new transparent billing guidelines which aims at transparency in billing for it's prepaid customers. This will help customers in keeping a track of their balance deductions and will prevent any wrong deductions which are made by company.
