Saina Nehwal, the first from India who won the World Junior Badminton Championship on Sunday in Pune.
Seh was runner-up at the last world juniors in 2006 in South Korean city Incheon and this year she won the title beating Japan's Sayako Sato, 21-9, 21-18 in just 25 minutes match.
She ranks world no. 11 and a quarterfinalist at the Beijing Olympic Games, Saina won the Chinese Taipei Grand Prix in September, her second GP victory. She then won the gold in the Commonwealth Youth Games in Pune last month.
