He is a T28 year old bodybuilder who was born in a middle class family, only child of his parents start Gym after his high secondary schooling and now he is one of the renowend Bodybuilding in India.

His first bodybuilding competition was Mr. D.A.V.'03 in which he was the title winner. Then started participating in State Level Competitions. In 2005 he was the Title winner of H.N.B. Garhwal university Championship. He won gold medal in All India Inter University Bodybulding Championship in the years 2006, 2007, 2009. Then he moved on to next big Championships, South Asia, Asia & World. In the year 2009, he bagged gold medal in Mr. South Asia Championship, 6th place in Asian Championship, 7th place in World Championship. In year 2010, 2012 & 2013 he consistently won gold medal in Mr. India Championship. He has been awarded & honored by Chief Ministers of Uttarakhand on several ocassions.
