My father had gas connection in his name. He expired long back . My mother also expired. I have a connection of other company in my name. I am the only son who is local and staying in our home. All my brothers n sister are residing other places. Please clarify.
1) Weather the connection in my fathers name can be legaly retined by me?
2) Weather same can be transfered to my sons name if all other heirs give NOC.
3) If same can be transfered to other town in name of my son.
