Sanjay dutt was sentenced to 6 years prison by TADA court in concern to his involvement of Mumbail Blasts and also keeping illegal arms with him.

But High Court gave him bail and he has to surrender again as soon as he receives copy of Tada Court's legal. So it is expected that on 20th october, Tada court may give him the copy of legal and he will have then goto Jail and that's straight for 6 years.

Just to add here, now a days Sanjay Dutt is having "Mata ki
Chawki" at his home.

He is out of Jail for a while but most probably will be behind bars after 20th oct.
