Hi, i am a working professional for a long since 3 years. I basically work in the night shifts, i want to know that some of the times my body pains a lot and i dont have that much of time to give myself enough time to work out properly. but being lazy is not a good stuff and i finally decided that daily for half an hours i will meditate and try yoga.
Also suggest me some best yoga exercises to reduce stress after office.
