My brother cooked Momos today so sharing the recipe here :-
Ingredients :-
Maida Floor - 200 grm
Aginomoto - 1 table spoon
Carrot - 1
Cabbage - 1
Red dry chillies - 12 nos.
Tomato - 2 nos.
Salt - as per taste
Method:-
1) With warm water and salt ( as per taste) make a Dow of Maida
2) Grate Cabbage , carrote and reduce water from them and add aginomoto and mix them well ( its for stuffing )
Now make small small rolls with the Maida Dow and make little chapati and stuff the mixture of cabbage and carrot and close from the up like a shape of Momos. Then take One cooker or Steamer like Idli Pan and add 2 glass water in that and Then put some other plate or small pan in that and keep that Momos and close it with cover and leave it for 10-15 minutes and serve it hot with the Chilly paste.
For Chilly paste ( take warm water in bowl and add Red Dry chillies and live them for 15 minutes. Then blend it with tomato and salt ( as per taste) ..
Its simple Chinese dish..I avoid Maida food but once my brother made it with love , so I took 2 of them and that is yummy one.. I loved it hope you guys too try and give your valuable comment.
