Every parents wants best spouse for their kids. For them it will be hard to accept him because he is partially blind. But I don't think it should be a big issue as long as you both love each other. However, there is small rule in this world that if you have something missing then make other which you possess so much effective that it negates the absence of other.
What I suggest, if he is professionally capable and successful guy then I don't think should be any problem. If he is not then ask him to work on it, I am sure your parents can't deny proposal of a successful man for their daughter even if he is partially blind. Hope you get my point.

You have to sit and discuss with your father, if you are not able to, speak to your mother or someone who believes in your cause. Tell them abt all the positive aspects of your guy and your relationship and why it would be a good marriage and how he would be a good son in law.
You can write down a nice long thought out letter to your father, and one he seems to be agreeable, have your guy meet with him.
And if the blindness can be cured or treated, do take steps to do that.
And pray to GoD daily(for GOD is love) and help couples and singles seeking love and marriage as much as possible, so that
positive karma/action will bring love into your life.
